6:50 I hated working at the gym and seeing the trainers work people to the point they refused to come back. That’s not how you motivate someone to work out. I literally saw this happen so many times in real life in real time. I would ask them how their free session went and they would tell me they probably won’t be back, it was too intense. I told my boss/owner also who was an ex coworker I left my job to go work for, and he dismissed me. Let’s say they are no longer there.

Anyone who looks down on a heavy set person in the gym is the scum of the earth. Whenever I see someone heavy set running, I just wanna stop and scream, KEEP GOING. I lost 100+ pounds since 2017 and wish a mf would have looked down on me or said something disrespectful. I love seeing people succeed, no matter what the situation or obstacle is.

In parts of the United States we now have these things called Lot Cops. They look a little bit like those speed limit trailers that they put on the side of the road that tell you how fast you're going, but what they actually are is a camera system and a series of license plate readers, with a PA system that is supposed to be monitored by a law enforcement professional. There's a sign next to it that says you must obey all commands that come out of this thing. It's also tied into a network of cameras and license plate readers at every intersection. Through software our movements are constantly being monitored and routines are being logged. Anytime we go out of this routine we're flagged... These things went up overnight without anybody voting on them or anybody noticing. Most people don't even know they're there. It's like they reduce our freedoms one tiny freedom at a time so that we don't notice. It's like they said here : "wow things sure have changed".... "We hardly noticed". Seriously people wake up! NOTICE!
